Your status is set by the number of new sales you make in a calendar year. The rate you reach applies both to that year’s new sales and to the renewals of the clients you brought in earlier.

01What is the Aurora Smart E-Commerce reseller program?
It is a partnership we build with independent businesses that introduce the Aurora Smart E-Commerce software to businesses and refer them to buy it. You bring in the client; setup, design, integrations and support are provided by the Aurora team. You earn commission on paid sales and renewals based on your status.
02How is my commission rate determined?
The rate is based on the number of new sales you make within a calendar year (January 1–December 31): 6–14 sales Group C 10%, 15–19 sales Group B 15%, 20–24 sales Group A 20%, 25 or more sales Partner 25%. Your status is reset every year based on that year’s sales.
03Do I earn commission on my first sales?
If you stay at 0–5 sales in a year, no commission is earned for that year; active commission status starts from 6 sales a year. That is why we ask for your annual goal in the application: in the first meeting we plan a realistic goal together.
04When and how is commission paid?
Commission is earned when the client’s payment actually reaches Aurora. You are notified of the earnings confirmed that month; once you issue and send your invoice for that amount, payment is made to your bank account on the first Friday of the month following collection. If the first Friday falls on a public holiday, payment moves to the next business day.
05If a client I brought in renews, do I keep earning?
Yes. You earn commission on the renewals of clients matched to you, at your status rate for the year of the renewal, for as long as our partnership lasts.
06What amount is commission calculated on?
Commission is calculated on the net amount Aurora actually collects from the sale. Taxes such as VAT and third-party costs such as domain names, servers, SMS, shipping and ad budgets are excluded from this amount.
07Can I give clients my own prices or discounts?
No. Prices, promotions, discounts and payment plans are set by Aurora alone. This makes things easier for you: you always go to the client with a clear, Aurora-approved offer and never carry the burden of negotiation.
08Who is responsible for setup, design and support?
Aurora handles all of it. Custom concept design, store setup, marketplace, shipping, accounting and e-invoice connections, training and 24/7 support are provided by the Aurora team. You do not need any technical background.
09Do you offer territory or industry exclusivity?
Unless agreed separately in writing, the partnership is non-exclusive. In return, you can work anywhere in Türkiye without being limited to a region.
10I don’t have a company. Can I still apply?
Yes, you can apply. However, because earnings are paid against an invoice, at the contract stage you need a business that can issue invoices (a sole proprietorship or a company). If you tick “I don’t have a company yet” on the form, we will discuss this in the first meeting.
11What happens if two partners bring in the same client?
The client is matched based on the first verifiable qualified registration and real contribution to the sales process. That is why we recommend registering an interested business right after the first meeting.
12How long is the contract?
The partnership agreement is made for one year and renews for another year each time unless either party gives notice at least 30 days before it ends. Either party can terminate the agreement with 30 days’ written notice.
