We deliver panel training by following an order’s journey through your store: a product is added, a promotion is set up, an order comes in, ships, gets invoiced and finally shows up in your reports. At every step we show which screen is used, which task happens automatically and where you need to make a decision.

Most store owners are away from their computers for much of the day. With our mobile admin app you view orders on your phone, change their status, enter tracking numbers and update product prices, stock and availability. During training we pair the app securely with your phone via QR code and enable two-factor authentication together.

The app’s real value lies in push notifications: alerts for new orders, payments, cancellations and low stock arrive on your phone. We talk about how to respond to each one, for example when it makes sense to open a product for pre-order instead of deactivating it after a low-stock alert.

Launching on marketplaces takes more than adding products to a list. In marketplace consulting we choose together the channels that suit your product range among Trendyol, Hepsiburada, N11, Amazon, Çiçeksepeti, idefix, Pazarama and PttAVM (Türkiye’s leading marketplaces), and teach you to map categories, brands and attributes correctly. The connections are built into Aurora’s own system; there is no need for separate integrator software or an extra monthly integration fee. Pricing is the topic we focus on most in consulting. With marketplace-specific pricing rules and a minimum profit margin, no product that would sell below cost is ever listed; but for this to work, product cost prices must be entered correctly in the panel. We also learn together how to read the error center, find the reason a listing was rejected and follow how orders land in the panel.

On the advertising side, we explain how to use Google ads managed with GoFly and the Meta (Facebook, Instagram) connection. We show how to read product ad-readiness scores, budget protection, return on ad spend (ROAS) and tracking that counts only paid orders as sales. Ad assistants make suggestions; you decide which ones to approve, and any applied change can be undone. Visitors from search engines are the most valuable traffic because they require no ad budget, but that traffic comes from properly built product pages. We teach you to read product SEO scores and the Google preview in the SEO center, configure title and description templates by page type, understand how redirects are created automatically when a category URL changes, and track the SEO health report.

AI tools can generate product descriptions, SEO titles, meta descriptions and FAQs one by one or in bulk. In training we show you how to use these tools correctly, that is, to check and correct the generated text against your product’s real specifications, because a description with the wrong size or ingredient details comes back as a return. Your store is also prepared for AI search engines like ChatGPT and Gemini, and new pages are submitted to search engines instantly.

Your panel includes 10 ready-made reports: overview, sales, orders, product performance, category and brand, stock, customers, finance, conversion and cart, and returns and cancellations. You can open them for anything from 7 days to 1 year, or for a date range of your choice. In training we show which report answers which question: which product sells a lot but earns little, which category has heavy returns, and how many of the products added to the cart turn into orders?

Daily and monthly revenue, period comparisons, average order value, the order funnel, sales by traffic source and hourly peaks on the dashboard make sense when read together. For example, knowing the hours when orders peak lets you schedule promotional emails or ad budgets around them.

If your current store runs on WordPress / WooCommerce, we migrate your customers, past orders and coupons to Aurora. The most important part of consulting during migration is showing where familiar tasks from the old setup live in the new panel, so your team keeps processing orders without a hitch the day after the switch.

Before migrating, we review the old store’s category structure, product attributes and the pages that rank in search engines together.
