Marketplace stock sync is the most critical topic on this page. When a product sells on Trendyol, the stock drops in your panel and that information is automatically sent to the other marketplaces and to your own store. If an order is canceled or returned, the stock is added back. All of this runs automatically in the background; nobody needs to sit in front of a screen.

As your product count grows, bulk tools replace one-by-one editing. Bulk price updates are made as a percentage or in TL and can be undone; via Excel you can import and export your products with their variants and upload price files by SKU or barcode. The changes are reflected on the marketplaces too.

On marketplaces, losses often build up invisibly: a campaign discount, a higher commission or a rising purchase price pushes a product below cost, and you only notice when the books are closed. Aurora's marketplace integration has two features that prevent this.

The first is the marketplace-specific price rule. Using the price on your site as the base, you define a separate rule for each marketplace; for example, you raise the price by a set percentage on a high-commission channel. That way you don't calculate prices by hand for every product on every channel; when the base price changes, marketplace prices are recalculated according to the rule.

The second is the minimum profit margin. You keep the product's cost (purchase) price in the panel and set the lowest profit margin you can accept. A product whose price would fall below cost because of rules or discounts is not listed on the marketplace. In other words, a mistyped discount won't leave you with thousands of loss-making orders.

Marketplace orders don't sit on a separate screen; they appear in the same list as your own store's orders. You can see which channel each order came from; when you change its status to “preparing” or “shipped”, that information is sent back to the marketplace. Tracking info is passed on too, so your customer follows the shipment on the marketplace's own screen.

As order statuses change, stock goes down or comes back, and a status history is kept. Bulk status changes, creating shipments and printing order slips work for marketplace orders as well. New order, cancellation and low-stock notifications also reach the mobile admin app, so you know what's waiting even when you're away from the shop.

Many businesses selling on marketplaces put separate integrator software between their online store and the marketplaces.
