We have set out plainly the rules that apply when you use aurorayazilim.com, the nature of its content and our mutual responsibilities.
Parties and scope
These terms govern the use of the aurorayazilim.com website. By using the site, you accept the terms. The site is operated by Aurora Yazılım (Akçay Mah. 90 Sk. No:14 Edremit, Balıkesir). If you do not accept them, please do not use the site.
This text covers site use only. For our web design, e-commerce, software and digital agency services, the quote and contract separately signed between the parties apply; in case of conflict, the contract provisions prevail.
Purpose of the site and nature of the information
The articles, service pages and blog content on the site are prepared for general information. They are written and updated with care, but we do not guarantee that they are complete, current at every moment or suitable for every need. Service scope, timelines and prices are binding only in a written quote and contract; statements on the site are not an offer.
The interface mockups and sample screens shown on the pages are for illustration only and contain no real customer data.
Intellectual property
The design, software code, text, logos, graphics, animations and other content on the site belong to Aurora Yazılım or its licensors and are protected by the Turkish Law on Intellectual and Artistic Works No. 5846 and related legislation. They may not be copied, distributed, modified or used for commercial purposes without prior written permission.
Client names, logos and project images in the portfolio sections are the rights of the businesses concerned; they appear only to show the work we have done and do not imply a partnership or endorsement. Short quotations are permitted, provided that Aurora Yazılım and the page address are cited as the source.
User obligations
You agree to use the site in accordance with the law and the principles of good faith. In particular, the following are prohibited:
- Software, automated crawling or excessive-load requests that harm the site or server or disrupt access
- Attempts to bypass security measures, gain unauthorized access or collect data (scraping)
- Filling in the contact form with spam, advertising, misleading content or other people's data
- Sending unlawful content that violates the rights of third parties
The information you give in the form must be accurate and your own.
Contact form and discussions
Submitting the contact form does not create a contract. When your request reaches us, we get in touch, listen to your needs and, if we find it suitable, prepare a written quote. The service begins only when the quote is accepted. The data you send is processed in accordance with the Privacy Policy.
Third-party links and services
The site may include third-party services such as Google Maps. The relevant providers are responsible for their content, privacy practices and outages; their use is subject to their own terms.
Limitation of liability
The site is provided “as is”. Interruptions may occur due to maintenance, updates, infrastructure or third parties, and uninterrupted or error-free access to the site is not guaranteed. To the extent permitted by law, Aurora Yazılım cannot be held liable for indirect damages, loss of profit or loss of data arising from the use of, or inability to use, the site. Cases of intent and gross negligence, and liabilities that cannot be limited by law, are reserved.
Right to make changes

Governing law and competent courts
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. In disputes, the courts and enforcement offices of Balıkesir (Edremit) have jurisdiction. For applications made as a consumer, the jurisdiction and application rights under consumer legislation are reserved.
