Which Systems Does Aurora E-Commerce Integration Cover?
A store’s daily work touches eight separate worlds: the bank that collects payments, the marketplace where products are listed, the carrier that moves parcels, the e-invoice provider that issues invoices, the in-store POS system, the platform where ads run, the sites where prices are compared and the SMS or WhatsApp that keeps customers informed. Aurora Smart E-Commerce brings all eight areas together in one panel.
Every connection in the list below is included in your package. You decide which ones to switch on based on your sales model; you don’t pay for connections you don’t use, and switching one on later costs nothing extra.
Payment and virtual POS integration
Start collecting payments right away with PayTR and iyzico, or connect your own bank’s virtual POS: İş Bankası, Akbank, Ziraat, Halkbank, QNB Finansbank, Denizbank, Kuveyt Türk, Anadolubank, ING, TEB, Garanti BBVA, Yapı Kredi and VakıfBank. Card payments support 3D Secure and installments; you handle cancellations and full or partial refunds from the panel without opening the bank’s screen. Bank transfer (with transfer discounts and receipt notifications) and cash on delivery are ready too, and payments can be collected in EUR, USD and GBP.
Marketplace integration
Products, prices and stock are pushed to your Trendyol, Hepsiburada, N11, Amazon, Çiçeksepeti, idefix, Pazarama and PttAVM stores; incoming orders land in your panel, and order status and shipping details are sent back to the marketplace. You set a separate pricing rule and minimum profit margin for each marketplace, so no product that would sell below cost is ever listed. See our marketplace integration page for details.
Shipping integration
With connections to Yurtiçi Kargo, Aras Kargo, DHL eCommerce (MNG) and DHL Express for international shipments, you create shipments, print labels, track and cancel from the panel. Delivered orders switch to “completed” automatically and the customer is notified. Shipping costs can be calculated as free, flat, by volumetric weight or with the carrier’s live rates; details are on the shipping integration page.
e-invoice integration
With Uyumsoft, EDM Bilişim and Park Entegrasyon, you issue e-invoice and e-archive invoices (the Turkish e-invoice formats) from the order screen in one click. If the buyer is registered for e-invoice, an e-invoice is selected automatically, otherwise an e-archive invoice; invoicing the same order twice is blocked. Category-based VAT and VAT on shipping are also managed in the panel. Details are on our e-invoice integration page.
Store and website together with DionPOS
If you use DionPOS in your physical store (DionPOS is a separate POS/ERP program), it connects to your Aurora panel: stock and prices sync automatically every minute, online orders are transferred to the POS and the status in the POS is reflected on the site. A catalog audit report shows products that don’t match between the two sides, so the item on the shelf and the item online sell from the same stock.
Advertising and analytics connections
With Google ads managed through GoFly, Google Shopping ads run within the budget you set, your products are sent to Merchant Center, and return on ad spend and profitability are calculated; only paid orders count as sales. The Meta (Facebook, Instagram) connection syncs your product catalog and measures conversions without double counting. Google Tag Manager, GA4, Google Ads, Meta Pixel, TikTok, Pinterest, Yandex Metrika, Microsoft Clarity, Hotjar and Microsoft Ads tags are added from the panel, and a live check screen shows which ones are actually firing. If you want us to manage your ad budget with you, our digital marketing service steps in, and to interpret your data, our SEO & analytics service.
Price comparison sites
Product feeds for Akakçe, Cimri and Google Shopping are generated automatically and kept up to date. When you change a price or stock level, the information on comparison sites refreshes too; a generic product feed is also available for other platforms.
Messaging: SMS, WhatsApp and email
NetGSM sends automatic SMS based on order status, with İYS (Turkish commercial messaging registry) compliance, quiet hours and a daily limit. WhatsApp Business sends “order received, shipped, delivered” notifications, and a WhatsApp support button is added to your site. The Mailchimp connection syncs your subscribers and sends abandoned-cart emails.
