How Does E-invoice Integration Work?
The moment an order lands in your store, you already have almost everything the invoice needs: the buyer’s name or company name, ID or tax number, billing address, products, quantities, prices, discounts applied, shipping fee and VAT rates. E-invoice integration does not make you type this again; it takes the data from the order record and sends it to your e-invoice provider as a legally compliant electronic invoice.
All you do is press the invoice button on the order screen. The system checks whether the buyer is registered for e-invoicing, chooses the document type, sends the invoice to your provider and marks the order as invoiced.
Creating Invoices from Marketplace Orders
Orders from Trendyol, Hepsiburada, N11, Amazon, Çiçeksepeti, idefix, Pazarama and PttAVM land in the Aurora panel and can be included in the e-invoice or e-archive invoicing process. That way you need far fewer manual invoices for your marketplace sales. For details of the marketplace connection, see our marketplace integration page.
Automatic Documents from E-Commerce Orders
For orders from your own online store, customer and product information is passed to the invoicing system automatically. If the buyer is registered for e-invoicing an e-invoice is created, otherwise an e-archive document, automatically; you do not have to choose the document type.
Recording Invoice Data in the Panel
When an invoice is issued, the order record is marked as invoiced and a second invoice for the same order is blocked. That way the invoice status of each order can be tracked in the panel; you never have to check another screen to answer “has this order been invoiced?”
